The position
As IT System Administrator, you will be a key member of our IT department, responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and security of BWSC’s IT environment. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization and with external partners to ensure a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT infrastructure that supports our global business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily operation, administration, and maintenance of BWSC’s IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions
  • Administration and support of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • User and device management via Azure AD / Entra ID and Intune
  • Support configuration and rollout of new solutions, including Copilot, in collaboration with colleagues and vendors
  • Ensure IT security and compliance through tools such as Microsoft Purview and Check Point
  • Network and infrastructure administration (Juniper, VMware, SAN, hosts, firewall solutions)
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling at second- and third-level support
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure best practices and continuous improvements
  • Provide professional and service-minded user support when needed

 

Qualifications
We imagine that you are a structured and responsible IT professional who enjoys taking ownership of daily operations and ensuring that systems run smoothly and securely. You are comfortable working independently, yet value collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional skills

  • 3–5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar operational IT role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Solid knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and identity management
  • Experience with IT security, compliance, patching, and access control
  • Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and infrastructure operations
  • Relevant IT education (e.g. Data Technician, IT Engineer, Bachelor in IT, or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator) are an advantage, but not a requirement

  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Service-minded attitude with focus on user experience
