About our team and opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead the reusable components and assets program for our AI Portfolio Delivery team at Nordea. As a spider in the web, you'll help identify, rationalize, document and evangelize reusable AI components and approaches across Nordea. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape AI standardization while building bridges between technical teams and business stakeholders. The AI Portfolio Delivery team is a collaborative, results-driven unit working across all bank divisions to execute AI use cases. Our extensive network and trusted reputation enable us to transform ambitious AI visions into practical, impactful solutions.
What you'll be doing
You'll be embedded with business areas, building strategic partnerships and developing deep domain expertise. This collaboration creates natural career progression pathways, including potential transitions into business teams where your AI expertise will be highly valued.
Main responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
Identify, profile, rationalize and catalogue reusable AI components and assets across Nordea
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the ecosystem—Group AI, service areas, business units, and core technology teams—to identify optimal reusability candidates
Develop strategic partnership models within Nordea to distribute solutions through RPA, developer communities, training channels, governance forums, and embedded AI leads
Create comprehensive documentation to facilitate adoption via Confluence, forums, and other channels
Manage key team processes and streamline approaches to maximize efficiency and impact
Who you are

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid understanding of software, data, and AI concepts, developer communities, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), particularly AI/ML and data services
Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence without authority
Significant experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government organizations
It would be ideal if you also have:
Deep interest in or hands-on experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies
Experience in agile environments or tech-driven transformation projects
Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and seminars
