Our platform makes it easy to post job openings and connect with top talent.

Here’s how to get started with job postings:

Free Job Posting

  • As a basic member, you can create one free job post at a time. This post is visible on the job board and gives applicants access to apply. Free posts automatically expire after 31 days, but you can choose to take the post offline whenever needed.

Premium Job Posting

  • Premium members can post an unlimited number of job openings with premium placement, ensuring much more exposure across the platform. Premium job posts are highlighted and ranked higher, attracting a larger pool of candidates. As with free posts, premium posts expire after 31 days but can be set offline at any time.

Managing Job Posts

  • Edit or Take Offline: You can edit your post during review but if you decide to make and edit after the post has gone online, you need to wait for the post to be reviewed again. You can always set your post offline/online without having to wait for another review.

We review all posts to make sure there is not any bad content, and to make sure your post displays perfectly.

If you have questions or need help setting up your job posts, please reach out through our support page.

We’re here to help you find the best candidates quickly and efficiently!

Understanding the different statuses helps you stay organized and in control of your job listings.

Here’s a breakdown of each status:

Pending

  • When you first create a job post, it will be marked as Pending. This means the post is awaiting review and approval by our team before it goes live. During this time, you can review the content and make any necessary edits before it’s officially published.

Active

  • Once your job post is approved, it will move to the Active status. This means it will be publicly displayed on the site, and candidates can start applying. Active posts are included in search results, making them visible to potential job seekers.

Offline

  • If you need to take a job post down temporarily, you can set it to Offline. When a post is offline, it will no longer be displayed to job seekers on the site. However, it will still be visible to you, the employer, in your account.

  • You can reactivate an offline post at any time by changing its status back to Active. This gives you complete control over when your job posts are visible to candidates.

Additional Information

  • Revisions and Updates: You can edit the details of an active or offline post at any time. However, changes made to an active post may require a new review process before it goes live again.

  • Managing Multiple Posts: If you have several job posts, you can easily track their status and ensure each one is either under review, active, or offline, depending on your needs.

By managing your job post statuses effectively, you can ensure that your listings are always current and visible at the right times. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help!

To maintain a safe and professional environment, we ask all employers to follow these guidelines when creating job posts. Posts that don’t adhere to these rules may be removed without notice.

General Requirements

  • Authenticity: Ensure all information in your job post is accurate and reflects a real, available position within your company.

  • Non-Discrimination: Job posts should be inclusive and must not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Clarity: Provide clear details about job responsibilities, qualifications, location, and application instructions to help candidates understand the role.

Prohibited Content

  • Malicious or Inappropriate Content: Job posts must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful language, images, or links.

  • Misleading Information: Avoid making false claims about job details, benefits, or the hiring process. Misrepresentation of the position or company is strictly prohibited.

  • Spam or Multiple Postings: Do not post the same job multiple times within a short period or in multiple categories. Posts should be relevant and specific to the role described.

Safety & Privacy

  • Personal Information: Never request sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, bank details, or other personal identifiers, directly within a job post.

  • Third-Party Links: Avoid links to unverified third-party sites or forms that require candidates to provide personal data outside of trusted platforms.

Expiration and Removal

  • Auto Expiry: All posts automatically expire after 31 days. You may take down the job post earlier as needed.

  • Removal for Non-Compliance: Posts found violating these guidelines may be removed. Repeated offenses may result in suspension from the platform.

For any questions about these guidelines or for assistance with your job posts, please contact our support team. Thank you for helping us keep the job board a safe and professional space for all users.

The Saved Candidates page is your dedicated space for keeping track of candidates you’ve marked as promising from your incoming job applications. Here’s a quick overview of how it works:

Key Features

  • Easy Access to Top Talent: All candidates you’ve saved from your job applications are listed here, giving you a quick and convenient way to access profiles you’re interested in, even after a job post expires.
