DLF is looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Project Manager – Global ERP Implementation

DLF is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to run our global ERP implementation and drive transformation across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in both the operational execution and general coordination of the ERP program in a global environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, close cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work effectively across regions and time zones. Experience with ERP implementations is considered a strong advantage.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of the ERP program — from planning through deployment — while managing risks, dependencies, and organizational change. You will partner closely with IT specialists and business colleagues at all levels in the organization to ensure strong governance, alignment, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive hands-on delivery of our upcoming global ERP program, ensuring alignment with business goals through effective scope, budget, planning, risk, and stakeholder management 
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to operational teams, ensuring alignment, engagement, and adoption 
Work closely with global teams, vendors and external partners across different time zones to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery (some travel will be required) 
Apply project management best practices (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) to support consistent and efficient execution across the project
This role reports to the Head of IT Project Management and is part of the Global IT organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager who enjoys working in complex, international environments and takes a hands-on approach to driving delivery and collaboration.

 You might recognize yourself in the following:

 Strong stakeholder management experience within international and preferably production-oriented organizations

5+ years of experience in project management within large-scale IT or ERP programs (ideally global roll-out)

Experience working with ERP implementations or global ERP roll-outs is a strong advantage

Strong hands-on mindset with proven ability to drive delivery and get things done

A degree in Project Management, Business, IT or a related field

Solid understanding of project methodologies and change management practices
Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and distributed teams

Strong communication, coordination and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage)
