Here is what the job entails
As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance through engaging and high-quality content across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop campaign content that supports our brand and drive performance across all our markets.
More specifically, you will:
Develop digital content for social media, e-mail marketing and website
Script, shoot and edit effective commercial videos, especially for social media, with a strong focus on engagement and conversion. (e.g. product presentations, campaigns, behind-the-scenes content)
Adapt existing content to different digital platform including writing stories yourself
Create gated content to support lead generation
Maintain and update website content via CMS (we are working in Sitecore XM Cloud), ensuring SEO best practices
Continuously test and optimise content to improve engagement, conversion, and campaign performance.
This is an opportunity to explore latest AI tools to enhance content creation, optimise performance and scale output while collaborating closely with marketing automation and digital specialists to turn great ideas into measurable commercial results.

With direct reference to the Head of Brand, Creative & Digital, you will become part of a collaborative team of 10 colleagues consisting of designers, digital marketing specialists, a copywriter and marketing coordinators. The team is working closely with the rest of the global marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure strong brand consistency across channels.

You are a commercially minded and hands-on content creator who understands how content drives business results. You enjoy turning ideas into engaging visual content and thrive in a collaborative environment where creativity meets strategy, and you excel at transforming ideas, briefs, and insights into compelling content that captures attention and drives measurable results.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
Have 3-5 years of experience with content creation and digital marketing
Bring hands-on experience with commercial video production and editing and a strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance marketing
Have knowledge of CMS platforms and basic SEO principles
Are curious about exploring and testing AI tools to enhance workflows, boost creativity, and scale content output
Have an analytical and proactive mindset, using data to optimise performance while confidently managing multiple projects without compromising on quality or deadlines.
As we are an international organisation, it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
