About FLC:
At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers.

 

About the department:

You will be part of FLC’s Procurement Department, a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the timely supply and store management of materials and equipment required for the project. The department manages procurement activities across the organization, facilitates tender processes, and assists the contracting of subcontract works, services, and consultancy agreements. Working closely with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, the Procurement Department plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Fehmarnbelt Project.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
· Administrative work in the store

· Register goods in general

· Planning and coordination of internal deliveries

· Registration of incoming goods and returned equipment

· Registration of in- and outgoing products and issue stock lists

· Issue purchase requests for the store

· Process delivery requests from suppliers

· Coordinate with internal teams

· Process quotations from suppliers

 

Qualifications:
· Relevant commercial education within logistics, supply chain management, construction management, or a related field is required

· Previous experience in logistics, shipping and freight forwarding supply chain or construction project coordination, with knowledge of construction materials and equipment logistics

· Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software, as well as Microsoft Office

· Strong organizational and time-management skills to track deliveries. manage schedules and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, drivers and project managers

· Ability to address logistical challenges, resolve delivery delays and troubleshoot transportation issues

· High attention to detail for managing inventory, shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation for each delivery
