We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our Executive Leadership Team (ETL). 
In this role, you will join a dedicated, executive administration team. You will play a key part in supporting our senior leaders, helping them stay organized, focused, and effective in achieving business objectives. 

 

 
About the role: 
Your daily responsibilities will include: 
Calendar & Email Management: Managing complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and supporting communication flow. 
Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials; coordination of logistics. 
Documentation & Follow-up: Attending management meetings, documenting key outcomes, and ensuring timely completion of action items. 
Event Planning: Organizing town halls, offsites, team events, and social gatherings. 
Travel Logistics: Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and processing expenses. 
Stakeholder Relations: Acting as a key point of contact for various stakeholders across the organization and ensuring smooth coordination between teams and leadership. 
 

 
About you: 
The ideal candidate is a service-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism. 

 
Qualifications & Experience: 
3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role. 
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Danish and excellent English (both written and spoken). 
Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel). 
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, professional maturity, and excellent stake holder management skills. 
Mindset: Ability to work independently, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a solution-oriented approach.
