Sales & Service Coordinator

About the position
Do you want to ensure that the right spare parts reach production facilities across the Nordic region? And would you like a role where you can nurture your technical curiosity, dive into administrative processes, and maintain close customer contact that can lead to additional sales? Then you might be the new colleague for our well‑functioning and welcoming Service Support department.

Your responsibilities and tasks
At GEA, we deliver advanced equipment and project‑specific solutions to the dairy, brewery, chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. With more than 18,000 employees across 62 countries, we specialize in sustainable and efficient solutions that optimize production and reduce environmental impact.

In Skanderborg, you will join a Service Support team of eight colleagues who are part of a larger service department. You will quickly notice that we have each other’s backs—professionally and personally. We help each other get tasks across the finish line, and we’re not afraid to share a good laugh along the way.

As a Sales & Service Coordinator, you are the person customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland reach out to when they need spare parts or technical clarification. This means you will interact with both sales and service and play an important role in turning customer questions into concrete solutions.

You will have a varied workday where you:

prepare quotations and handle spare‑parts orders for customers across the Nordic region as well as global GEA companies
clarify customer inquiries and provide technical support
act as administrative support for both the sales and service departments
follow up on deliveries and ensure clear communication with internal and external partners as well as customers
identify upselling opportunities during the quotation phase and actively contribute to commercial efforts
Your profile and qualifications
You are good at creating an overview and maintaining structure in a workday with many tasks running in parallel. You thrive in customer‑facing situations and are comfortable working in a commercial direction—especially because you focus on solutions rather than limitations.

In addition, we imagine that you:

have a technical understanding and can familiarize yourself with customer needs—whether your background is technical (e.g., marine engineer or dairy technician) or administrative
have experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
